Group Coaching: We are going to start a new coaching group this summer. This network may be local or online, depending upon the interest. I hope to gather a small community of ministry leaders to discuss important leadership topics, work through individual projects with the group’s help, and have some one-on-one time each month. Details can be found HERE. I will contact you as the interest becomes clear.
Individual Leadership Coaching: I’m available to work with a few individuals a year. For more information on that just shoot me an email HERE.
Ministry Consulting: I set aside a few of my vacation days a year to work with other churches. I specialize in leadership development plans, church systems, family ministries, volunteer recruitment and development.
Communicating: I am available to speak at a few conferences a year. I specialize in the practical side of ministry. Topics include: Recruiting, Training and Equipping Small Group Leaders for Students, Programming for Small Groups, Practical Steps to Improving Your Student Environment, Blogging and Student Ministry, Creating and Maintaining a Successful Volunteer/Staff Culture. I also would love to convert any of the posts from the blog to a breakout, if you find they fit your conference topics.
